Shipping Times & Costs

The total delivery period, which consists of order processing time and shipping time, is from the time you order the products until the time you receive it. Order processing time is from when you place your order to when your order leaves the wareshouse. Shipping time is from when the order leaves the warehouse to when it reaches your door. You will receive an email immediately from us once you place an order.

Order processing time - It depends on credit approval process, product availability and ordering volume. The standard order processing time is 6 to 15 days at present due to the high ordering volume. Orders placed on weekends, holidays or after 5 p.m. local time Monday through Friday (business days) will be processed the following business day. If you expect to expedite your order please clearly indicate this in your ordering note. Please note: an additional $12.00 handling fee will be charged to you. The express order process will take about 4 to 5 days to complete.

Shipping time - Once the order processing is done we will notify you whether your package has been dispatched from the warehouse. Thus, please be sure to use the correct email address in order to receive our acknowledgements.

Shipping costs - The shipping cost is based on the item's size, weight, shipping method and delivery address. We offer many shipping options via UPS and USPS. The shipping costs you see are directly calculated and provided by them. There is no shipment insurance cost to you. We may pay the insurance based on your order value. In the rare event the items may arrive in more than one shipment, charges may show as multiple transactions on your payment statement.

Return & Exchange Policy

We always want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we suggest that you Contact Us first, then return the item to us in its original packaging, including your original sales receipt with twenty(20) days from the date of delivery. We will gladly replace the item or refund you the corresponding cost. We will not issue any refunds for returns or exchanges that do not satisfy all of the conditions indicated above. Please note all cutomers are responsible for the cost of sending the items back to our company, whereas we are responsible for the cost and re-shipment of the replaced items back to you.

Exchange: All our products are carefully packed and wrapped by our staff to ensure a safe delivery. In case you find product damages you should Contact Us first as soon as possible. Most of the time we can assist you to avoid unnecessary cost of sending the items back to us.

Refund: If the conditions described prior are satisfied we will refund you the correspoding order value. However, we will charge an 5% handling fee on each refund.
